The Drink That Keeps Me In Shape

If you haven't already heard about this secret little concoction-don't worry it's a bit of a "new trend". 

 

Every morning when I wake up I have a glass of organic ACV, aka apple cider vinegar. I've taken it as a shot before and that's not all too pleasant so instead I dilute 1 tbsp of ACV with 8 ounces of water and it's delicious. 

 

I drink this little mixture 3 times a day. Once in the morning, a second time mid-morning, and a third 30 minutes before dinner. 

 

The reason I started was because of the endless health benefits, it covers everything from detoxing to immune support and even weight control. ACV is loaded with pectin, a nutrient that helps notify your body when it's full. Therefore, if you drink this 30 minutes prior to eating you'll begin to notice your body consuming smaller portions. 

 

Even if you don't need to loose weight the other countless benefits do wonders for your body so give it a try! 

 

Not everyone loves the taste like I do so, to sweeten things up mix:

 

8 ounces water

1 tbsp organic ACV

Dash of organic cinnamon 

1/2 tsp organic honey

1 tsp organic lemon juice 

 

BEWARE that mixture above will promote weight loss even more so drink with caution.
